Last Project in Progress
Sorry I don't have any pictures today. My concept is use some toys as my main characters, and the shoot them when they are in the different locations in my apartment doing different things. Initially they don't notice my camera, and in the last picture they see the camera. I want to set them as imitating me, doing something I usually do at home during my college life. So it's kind of like a mini record of my daily life.

I really like this idea. I loved your photographs with the bear so I think these will be really successful. I think it will be interesting to have them notice you in the last shot, will they be angry, surprised, happy? I feel like them being surprised would be funny.
How and in what ways would you like to achieve your concept? Through stop motion animation, through a series of photographs displayed at once? Would you ever appear in these photographs. If you are taking pictures of the toys just doing things, then it might come off as just that, and not as them recreating what you do in your daily life.
I LOVE your bear photos and I think this would be great. Make it a funny series! Maybe relate it to the comics you've been working on somehow??
This idea is so cute! I hope this works out, the photos of you spying on the animals all ready are very interesting. Keep up with the interesting camera angles, and blurring of parts of the image, that can keep the interest up for the viewers!
